Our Wedding Adventure...

Welcome

The road has been long and perilous, filled with burdens, heartbreaks and lessons to help us grow into versions of ourselves that know how to show up for each other... Along with the relationships of family; chosen and blood born, that we have been able to cultivate!

Please join us in celebrating the end of a rather arduous journey, and the beginning of the meeting of two rivers, to merge together as one in this estuary; hopefully cultivating the joining of our lives' ocean.

We hope to be able to share not only our love and appreciation with you all, but also an amazing experience that will remain with you for years to come.

Welcome everyone...

We are working on a set wedding itinerary for those who are coming to Cape town for the first time, or want a refresher with a few events around Cape Town, tourist spots, and just some great entertainment spaces around the city.

Please stay tuned to the website for updates, as things will keep changing until probably the month before the wedding, and also feel free to let us know if there's anything you want to try or have questions about.

Wine farm visits, hikes, beach days and so much more lay ahead.

Branden and Jimi met the old fashioned way; online.

Branden spotted an adorable man on the gay 'yellow pages' and decided to invite him out to a coffee. Jimi immediately turned him down. Not taking no for an answer, and being the patient person he is (which we know is a lie), he kept on checking in and offering to meet up for a drink to chat and show him around, but Jimi was not having it.

Finally the night before he was due to head home, Jimi gave in and thought, well what could go wrong, so why not. He finally met up with Branden at his place of work where Branden made him a cup of coffee that apparently was laced with some sort of love potion, because Jimi was completely lost from then on (according to Jimi, lol.)

The two kept chatting from the moment Branden put him in the uber to the airport, to the point where Jimi decided to bite the bullet (after some coercion from a few young white girls and many bottles of wine) and ask for Branden's hand.

And as they say, the rest is history.

In the usual fashion of our lives, we both hold to the idea that: Your presence is the best present!

We have found this amazing venue so we can share this spectacular time with those close to us; which is why the wedding is a few days instead of just a few hours. We hope you join us for this added time and so your gift (we hope) would just be a portion of the accommodation costs... Everything else, is on us.

Wedding day overnight: R1500/120CAD

NB: Based on double occupancy

NB: It is quite a secluded venue, and so if you're planning on drinking or leaving really late, we suggest staying over instead. Also, if you want to do payment plans, you can let us know and we can sort that out.
